A mixed day for me yesterday with 2/4 profitable races including my 11/10 NAP Vroum Vroum Mag doing the business.
Yesterday saw Ricci/Mullins/Walsh mop up with 3 winners and a second and today it’s JP McManus’s turn as he has 3 morning favourites that are in with a good chance of winning this afternoon. Despite Mullins and Ricci having 3 winners England are ahead with 4 winners going into day 2.
JP also had a winner yesterday so he could well be level or better with the quirky american owner Ricci for the most winners by the end of today. But come the end of the Festival I am sure Ricci will end up being the top dog one more which is quite impressive as he has only been involved in racing for 10 years or so.
No lays for me today but I will be dutching 2 horses in each of the first 2 races and have 1 to back to win in the Cross Country which are all televised on Channel 4. If you want me to explain dutching in more detail feel free to contact me on Facebook or Twitter.
Unfortunately not great prices today but I do have an each way 11/1 horse for Friday!
