Quarter-Finals (Best of 19 Legs)
Lewis v Chisnall
Taylor v Wade
Anderson v van Barneveld
van Gerwen v Wright
Semi-Finals (Best of 21 legs)
Final (Best of 21 legs)
Michael van Gerwen
MvG couldn’t come into this tournament with any more confidence as he won the Premier League last week and he has won all 3 Dubai Darts Masters tournaments. He is a poor price at evens but he really is the man to beat.
Back van Gerwen to win (2 points) at evens – Sky Bet, Betway & 3 More
Phil Taylor – Back To Lay
Phil is in the other half of the draw and is really a plan b type of bet in case Michael slips up and doesn’t make the final. Phil’s opening match is against James wade and assuming he wins he could meet Adrian Lewis who has been poor in the last few weeks of the Premier League in the semi-final.
I will trade Phil here by backing him at almost 11/2 (5/1 elsewhere) with Betfair and assuming it’s a Taylor and van Gerwen final I will lay him back before the start of the match. Should van Gerwen not make the final I have a handy bet on Phil and will cover myself with a player from the other half accordingly.
Back Taylor (1 point) at 6.40 – Betfair Exchange
Lay Taylor (1 point) If He Makes The Final
