World Grand Prix Snooker Betting Tips – Fri 10th Feb (Quarter Finals)

The last two matches of the quarter finals are played out this afternoon and the we have the semi-finals this evening.

Unfortunately I don’t know which match is being played first.

There will be a further post for the 7pm session around 6pm, earlier if possible.

The draw and results can be found here.

Marco Fu v Mark King

Both of these two players are having their best season so far and if I had to pick a winner I would go with Marco Fu, but as Mark has won their last four encounters, it has put a doubt in my mind. But I will opt for backing Fu to get the highest break instead as the price is slightly higher, plus Marco has managed a century in both matches so far where as Mark hasn’t managed any.

I wish the bookies would do a bet where you could back a player to win and get the highest break too, like they do in darts, but they don’t

Ryan Day v Shaun Murphy

Shaun is showing signs that he is coming back to form, but they are only signs. His long potting is good and that is normally enough to side with Shaun, but as he hasn’t managed a century so far, I will sit this one out.
